It’s powerful to see how past experiences unfold their true meaning in a new context. As the saying goes: you understand life backwards, but you live it forwards.

Winter fatigue often makes it difficult to stay fit and productive. Spending more time indoors leads to a sedentary lifestyle, and the body frequently demands rest. Use this time intentionally to recharge and gather energy, even if it happens mostly in a state of rest.
