The video shows what the human being is able to experience and how to use it in the process of creation as a way of thinking and acting.
We do create our own reality, and what one person does has an impact on the collective. What we do has an impact on the Universe in more ways than we likely realise. It turns out, the Universe is collaborative, and we can impact it with our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
The world is a creation and we are the creators.
