Was the past year a good or a bad one?

No matter how it was ... it is time to let go the negative things go and be able to receive the good.

Leaving the past behind is a process.

We all have dreams, plans and goals. Having “difficult” things happen to us in the past should not  be a pretext for giving up on those dreams, for giving up on yourself.

I’ve sometimes used my past as an excuse for not allowing myself to do the things I’ve always wanted to do or to become the person I wanted to be.

My paintings always show me the truth. Sometimes the idea was great, but I found it quite hard to endure as a result. I saw my blockages and limitations in it. It has taken me time to accept them and learn how to move forwards.

There is something magical about being fully present- when your mind is free of the outside world in the moment and thought.

When you don’t worry about the future or stress about the past.

All that counts is here and now.

The way we feel today is the seed for everything that comes. The body stores emotions and it shows the way how to move forwards. Emotions ensure our survival. And they make our lives worth living.

Opening to the upcoming is a process.

It’s a new year. It feels like a walk from one mountain to the next.

Thinking how I get myself going...

I’ve written texts to myself over the years and also I’ve drawn sketches. They help me to move through the periods of stuck-ness, blockages or struggles when I am approaching my day and work. Just move to something new.  Follow the line for the journey.

Sometimes it is not easy. Even if life is consistently grey and limited now, let the circumstances fill you with strength rather than deplete your power.

Every day is an opportunity to be happy.

Transformation never ends if we allow it to continue to unfold. Take the first thread and setting for the journey. The process is exciting and you will be brought a sense of joy.
