Everything changes and life always finds a way like water.

There is an invisible element. It destroys our beloved stability and pushes us into something new. It is uncomfortable and it requires flexibility and strength.

If something is invisible, it is difficult to grasp. There is something beyond and it takes time to understand it. Tough times help you discover what really matters to you and what doesn’t. Even when it feels dark, we should assume that we are where we are: it is late autumn, we have little light and we are surrounded by question marks before the winter season comes.

The memories, the current circumstances and the unknown future seem to blend together.

You have no idea, what’s really hidden beyond the current changes. There is something that prevents you from living the full colour of life. You have the feeling, you begin to change your own colours, adapt and try to resign yourself to the crisis like a chameleon. You also see other people adapting to their surroundings.

Everything mixes together and flows.

Every time I find myself feeling uncomfortable I go to the river. Deep below the shimmering surface lies awareness. The water is constantly moving forward. There is no certain pattern to a surface of water. It might be anything from still and smooth as glass to rolling surf of tremulous swells to monstrous waves with foaming crests.

I am amazed how the water always finds its way. It can't be deterred when there are stones or other things in the way. Whenever something I can not change or remove gets in my way, the idea of the unstoppable power of water helps me.

Sometimes it is difficult to see the things that we, in society, can be thankful for, but we are part of it.

Especially when there is so much fear in the world, I see the true value of life in love and trust.

I am grateful for the love and support that surrounds me and the knowledge and awareness I have within myself. That allows me to change the way I perceive the world around me.

Everything changes and life always finds a way like water.
